Pre-Ordering
Some pre orders can be ordered through the website via pay-pal. All pre-orders can be ordered by calling 1-260-255-9619 during regular office hrs. or by E:mailing us at nostalgicnook1@frontier.com ALL PRE-ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE, Due to a few costomers that have pre-ordered things in the past and cancel the order after they come in. I DO NOT have the space or the money to pre-order items and NOT get paid. Mon.- Fri. 10:00am.- 5:00pm. Eastern Time and ask for Ed.

PRE-ORDERS
WHEN ORDERING MODEL KITS IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO GET PRE-ORDERS IN ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED BY MOEBIUS MODELS, AMT/MPC/POLAR LIGHTS/R2, X-Plus Japan model kits take longet to reach us due to the company being in Japan. MODEL KITS CAN TAKE UP TO 1 MONTH TO GET IN. ALL OTHER MODEL COMPANIES CAN TAKE ALSO UP TO 1 MONTH TO GET PRE-ORDERS IN STOCK. Thanks for understanding.
All pre-orders must be paid in advance with a valid credit card or Pay-Pal, money order sent in advance. When sending pre-order payments in the mail please include Item #, Item Name your Name and address, and full payment, please print clearly or type all information and shipping cost. All INDIANA residents are charged 7% sales tax on subtotal of orders. (NOT SHIPPING COST) We only accept money orders from US addresses. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS. Make all money orders payable & Send to Nostalgic Nook, P.O. Box 8315, Ft.Wayne, IN. 46898. please include your Name, address, phone number & email address.
Please DO NOT combine in stock items with pre-orders, each pre-order is considered a seperate order because most items arrive in stock at different times, please call 1-260-255-9619 or email nostalgicnook1@frontier.com ahead of time to get shipping totals.
When ordering by credit card over the phone we will need the item # your complete credit card information, credit cards will be charged at the time of the pre-order is made over the phone. NO ACCEPTIONS. If anyone pre-orders an item then decides to cancel the order after it is in stock there will be a RESTOCK fee of $25.00.
General Ordering Rules & Guidelines
WE ARE NO LONGER SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESSES for example any APO/FOP/DPO if your a costumer that uses one of these, please E:mail first at nostalgicnook1@frontier.com to get an estimate on shipping all military addresses are treated as or like International addresses and will cost more to ship. When ordering (IN STOCK ITEM) (S) over the phone and paying with a money order, those item (s) will be held for 2 weeks, if payment is not received with in 2 weeks the order will be canceled, unless arranged with us in advance, NO EXCEPTIONS. WE DO NOT HAVE A LAYAWAY PLAN
All orders are shipped via USPS first class with a tracking # or priority mail, or UPS, for smaller items like photos, patches, keychains etc are shiped first class with a tracking #, and shipping for these smaller items start at $3.00 and go up, if you order more than 1 item at the same time, I will combine shipping cost. IF shipping is less then $16.00 we can NO longer refund shipping cost due to increased Pay Pal seller fees, or if paying with a Money order, we will refund the difference when we ship your order with a money order. We DO NOT SHIP COD. Please make money orders payable to Nostalgic Nook, see above address to send all payments.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
We DO NOT offer gift wrapping services at this time
We also accept pay-pal over the phone, and all major credit cards over the phone
We do accept returns, (ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF CALLING US).only if you contact us first, and only if the Item is in the same UNOPENED condition as received.
Shipping Cost
IF A COSTOMER ORDERS OVER THE PHONE AND PAYS WITH A CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL, AND I TAKE THE ORDER TO THE POST OFFICE AND THE SHIPPING COST MORE THEN I STATED OVER THE PHONE OR WHAT THE COSTOMER PAID FOR THROUGH PAYPAL, I WILL CONTACT THE COSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW THE ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNLESS THEY AGREE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING, IF THE COSTOMER REFUSES TO PAY THE ADDITION SHIPPING COST THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. NO ACCEPTIONS.
With PAY PAL you can pay with your pay pal account or with a credit card, if you think the shopping cart totals are incorrect please E-mail or call and I will send the correct invoice. Thank You. (Pay Pal has increased selling fees, so I will no longer be giving refunds on shipping cost Thanks
All U.S. orders start at $3.00 first class with tracking # and go up, $16.00 for priority retail ground shipping rate, on extremely large orders if more than 1 box is needed to ship the order, or if the box is over 12" X 12" in lenth and width the shipping will cost more, costumer must pay EXACT shipping cost, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST to CANADA $45.00 USD, flate rate best way possible. We are NO LONGER SHIPPING TO ANY OTHER INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES DO TO RISING COST OF SHIPPING. I will not lie on the any of the forms I have to fill out. All shipping charges are NON-Refundable. Customers are responsible for ANY RE-SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNED ITEM(s) for exchange.
