Guide lines and General Ordering Instructions
Pre-Ordering
All pre-orders must be made over the phone by calling 260-489-4812 during regular office hrs. or by emailing us at nostalgicnook1@frontier.com Mon.- Fri. 10am.-7pm. Eastern Time and ask for Ed.
All pre-orders must be paid in advance with a valid credit card or money order sent in advance. When sending pre-order payments in the mail please include Item #, Item Name and shipping cost. All Money orders must be paid in US funds and payable & Sent to Nostalgic Nook, P.O. Box 8315, Ft.Wayne, IN. 46898. please include your address and phone #.
Please DO NOT combine in stock items with pre-orders, each pre-order is considered a seperate order because most items arrive in stock at different times, please call 260-489-4812 or email nostalgicnook1@frontier.com a head of time to get shipping totals.
When ordering by credit card over the phone we will need your complete credit card information, credit cards will NOT be charged untill the week the item (s), are getting shipped to us. If anyone pre-orders an item then decides to cancel the order after it is in stock there will be a RESTOCK fee of $25.00.
General Orderering Rules & Guidlines
When ordering over the phone and paying with a money order, those item (s) will be held for 2 weeks, if payment is not recieved with in 2 weeks the order will be cancelled, unless arranged with us in advance, NO ACCEPTIONS.
All orders are shipped via UPS, unless your shipping address is a P.O. Box then all orders are shipped USPS best way possible. We DO NOT SHIP COD. We do accept money orders payable to Nostalgic Nook, see above address to send all payments.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
We also accept paypal over the phone, and all major credit cards over the phone
We do accept returns, (ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF CALLING US).only if you contact us first, and only if the Item is in the same UNOPENED condition as recieved.
All international orders are shipped USPS first class international mail.
Shipping Cost
All U.S. orders are charged $10.00 flat shipping rate, all International orders are charged $40.00 US. flat USPS first class international shipping. CANADA shipping first class international is $25.00 US. (ALL CANADA ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH THE WEBSITE) All shipping charges are NON-Refundable.
